We do not access, use, or retain any data found on equipment we purchase. Certified data wiping documentation is available on request.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In practice this means:
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact. Transaction records are retained for up to 6 years in line with HMRC requirements. Website analytics data is retained in accordance with our cookie settings, typically no longer than 26 months.
After these periods your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
